The CFO Tradie Toolkit was created by Ross Duguid, a seasoned financial expert and founder of ICG, who’s spent over 14 years helping businesses take control of their numbers, from small trade operators to multi-million dollar organisations.
Ross is a qualified CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Marketing, and he’s worked across Australia and the UK in sectors like construction, hospitality, funds management and private equity.
He built this toolkit after seeing too many great tradies undercharge, stress over BAS, and lose track of their cash, simply because they didn’t have the right tools or support.
